I rarely write reviews, but this plumber deserves recognition. He arrived prepared, diagnosed issues accurately, and completed all work without delay. Pricing was reasonable, and his approach was transparent and professional.

I called around 1:00 p.m. They returned my call quickly. Came the same day and fixed my pipes. They were done by 3:26. Very friendly. Good service.

We’ve had Hayes plumbing out to the house several times and they always get the job done. Seth himself has been here at least four or five times. Seth is always cheerful, helpful, and very knowledgeable about what the problem is and how to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my air conditioner looked at because of weird noise they didn't really do anything just pretty much told my husband nothing is wrong with it had no heat for 2 months now got it fixed today and not by Hayes I can't trust them at all anymore really don't think anyone can

Did not want to repair pipes after initial review due to non payment although he had never billed me. I call insuring payment but he still refused to finish job.
