I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior. After forgetting my ticket, I asked the parking attendant what to do, and instead of helping, she proceeded to yell at me for a solid two minutes. All she had to say was that I needed to pay for day parking, and I could’ve been on my way, but instead, she made the situation unnecessarily stressful and delayed everyone in line. Truly the worst interaction I’ve had in a while considering her rude and erratic behavior.

Went in for a date night. When leaving my price displayed $1.25. I put my card in and nothing happened, so I figured maybe I did it in the wrong spot. I then decided to swipe it in the card reader. Turns out that charges $11.25. I figured oh well, it was an honest mistake. I call them and they basically say it’s not refundable and I’m out of luck. You’d think if it’s a common problem, they would fix it and make it better, but this is how they make more money.

The parking attendant yelled at me over the speaker for accidentally sliding my card at the wrong kiosk. Terrible customer service

The people who brought the cement for my drive arrived too early and instead of making my drive way they made a parking garage.
