Haynes Appliance Repair

I was looking for an appliance company to fix my LG oven digital display panel and found Haynes Appliance Repair on Google. I was a little leary about contacting them because they were not a referral. But, I contacted them anyway and set an appointment for service. The young lady that took my information was very polite. When the representative came out to service my oven his name was is Kyle, he was very polite and knowledgeable (not knowing that this company is family owned), once he replaced the panel, he explained everything to me and showed me how it worked. He explained the warranty and if I have any problems to call him. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Kyle and the Haynes Appliance Repair company.

I called at least 10 places. Everyone wanted a $80-125 deposit or service call fee. Nobody would give me a quote for my fix and said they have to send a tech to look at the problem. I knew I needed a new evaporator fan. Some people said they’re needed to order in the part and I would need to wait a few days. The fridge sounded like a jet engine. I sent all my pictures and video to Mike. He got it diagnosed virtually and he found the part I needed the same day. Even though he was busy, he made time for me. He was easy to pay and to work with. I highly recommend going through Mike for your appliance fixed and not waste your time at a big company. Some of them wanted $400-500 for an expedited fix and I can go buy a new fridge for that price! Mikes prices was fair. He told me exactly how much

These guys showed up to 'fix' the dishwasher. Told us it just needs to be cleaned. Despite the fact that we already cleaned it twice. It still leaves residue and a rotten vegetable taste, and leaks. Theirs probably something in the pipes. I'm annoyed that whoever got sent out did not do their due diligence in investigating. They were also condisending to my roommates unprofessional behavior.

AWEEEEEESOME Service! I got a response to my text quickly and he was able to give me some troubleshooting tips that most appliance repair would charge you to come out and “diagnose” order the $23 kit on Amazon and then come back and charge an obscene hourly rate. When my dryer and washer seem like they are really about to die for sure I will be calling Haynes Appliance Repair!!

Excellent communication, responsive, professional and affordable. We were so happy with our same-day dryer repair. Highly recommend.
