Haynes Well & Pump Service

I had contacted EVERY well driller in a 100 mile radius and Haynes was the final one on my list. No one had the experience to come put in a well on a mountain side. He did not even hesitate and to see the well truck in its spot to dig the well was incredible to say the least! He got water when other companies said it could not be done and he did not charge me an insane price. Professional, communication was great, and Dallas is simply amazing in his craft! I thought I would never have water but thanks to Haynes I can rest easy. Side note: Tory is just as amazing as Dallas is! Thank you for the great service!!

We highly recommend Haynes for your well issues! He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and he prices his services fairly. Our family found ourselves without water, and Haynes responded to a message on the emergency line quickly and had the truck out to our house within hours. The problem was diagnosed, clearly explained, and fairly priced. We ran the diagnostic, repair plan, and cost through our family in the industry in other parts of the country, and everything checked out with the other experts. We moved forward with Haynes' for the repair work, and we were back with water in 3 days. Family life without our well pump could have been a huge ordeal, but Haynes took care of us.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and job is incomplete. Pictures will tell the story. Still haven’t returned to complete the job. No water test or certification with the county completed. Added: Please do not try to put this off on us. You sent all paperwork to the Insurance Company as to what was needed and the cost of everything . We still still have the money that was sent for the “completed job” I would love to pay you for the job that you complete. You have taken the only “legal action” in the way of a mechanic’s lean for an incomplete job. We have emailed you asking for a detailed invoice and for you to call us before you return to the property. You have never been told that you can not complete the job.
