I had them put in a zone hvac system in my split level home as well as a new pannel box and they did absolutely wonderful. Thier technicians Waylon, Abraham and Robert where incredibly kind and worked very efficiently. 10/10 would recommend thier services, now hopefully AEP can stop taking so much of my money every month :)

I called them last minute, before a winter storm, and they worked us in. Waylon did a great job servicing our gas logs and getting them working again. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Greatly recommended and appreciated.

Put in a brand new AC unit last summer. Very happy with the customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and overall just a great company to work with! Waylon even wired in a ceiling fan for me. HCE installed propane gas lines and logs in our fireplace. The technicians were professional, did a good job with the installation, and cleaned up before leaving. We purchased a new Heat Pump and Furnace from HCE Systems, the installers came out, were very friendly and professional, installed our unit, installed a new smart thermostat, and now our home is toasty and warm! I would definitely recommend them!
