HCI Heating & Cooling

This company installed a new hvac system in my home in April of 2020. Part of the contract for them installing and making my monthly payments was a yearly maintenance visits and if need be repairs if anything happened to the system while I was making my monthly payments. Also realized that since the unit was installed the they have not came out 1 time to do their yearly maintenance check on the system. AC stopped working in the past week and tried contacting them to come out to check to see why a system that is barely 2 years old was not working properly. Tried calling about 11-15 times yesterday and got a message that the person you are trying to reach is not taking phone calls at this time. Try calling back another time. So now have to spend my day on Monday calling HVAC places

My A/C stopped working in my condo. I called and spoke to Ricky. He dispatched out James, one of his professional associates. James diagnosed and replaced a faulty part in less than 1 hour. My A/C works great and at a very reasonable price. This company is a keeper for me.

My AC went out and there guy was here quicker than I ever expected. The gentleman that showed up, Austin, was beyond nice and seemed super knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this company. My AC was back up and running in no time. I will call HCI for all my HVAC needs.
