When a roofing company says you have to sign a contract so they can talk to the insurance company, that is a lie. You can give permission to your insurance company to speak with any contractor without a signed contract. Bryan's subcontractors did a great job and the price was really fair. I just wish he would have done something about the huge hole on the side of my roof. He was aware of this at the time of inspection, 4 months later I just wanted the hole patched and was going to withhold my final $335 payment, until Bryan's true colors came out. He's been paid in full and I filed with BBB.

Unfortunately, this company has not been what we thought it was. The roof on the garage now has huge holes in it where we literally can see light through. I thought that’s what he was correcting. Well it must have been a temporary fix. He also never put the lights back up on the garage just left them hanging off the garage wall! It seems like the work never really got done, and in the end was done poorly.

Worked with insurance company to cover a solar fan they were not willing to replace. A true advocate for the customer. Crew was efficient and clean. All done in a day and roof looks great!

Bryan Downs was excellent with the estimate and answered all our questions. He did not hesitate with requests and never hesitated to put anything in writing. He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Within two days of putting earnest money down, the roof supplies and dumpster were delivered and the next day the roof was completely redone. The crew were fast and polite. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!
