HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

Normally I get good service from HD supply. This time around it was not great. First the wrong air handler was deliver, received a 3 ton Air Handler instead of a 2.5 Air Handler. Today they delivered a damaged condenser. After several phone calls to HD supply I finally reach Mario Perez who process my return with no issues. Not all of HD Reps are on Mr. Perez level.

Why must you use these big paper stickers and stick them on every single door slab? They don't peel off without ripping. And every single door out here has a big wrinkled up paint spot. Also, every single piece of door trim, same thing. Not to mention if multiple pieces of trim or baseboard are ordered. Then they come with about 30 wraps of packing tape that takes me 5 minutes to cut through and peel off, leaving more sticky residue. Try using saran wrap roller. I know it may sound petty, but I'm sure I'm not the only one bothered by this. Something had to be said.

We know we are in great hands with HD Supply, they take care of all of our needs. Orders are always on time, and they always provide the most competitive prices. Our account manager, Cristie, is simply the best! She always makes sure we have what we need, and she always goes above and beyond!
