Leo and his team were professional, courteous accommodating to all of our questions about our system. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job including cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend!!

5 stars! Excellent service. Our HVAC unit was leaking and sweating in the summer humidity, so much so it caused water damage in our living room ceiling. Lio was prompt for a consultation and quickly scheduled a date a few days later. He and his team were thorough, detailed, and worked fast. They cleaned our ducts, vents, replaced filters, and made sure our HVAC unit was in perfect working conditions. They even repaired the water damage in our ceiling and patched and painted it! They also fully insulated our attic and it looks great! That will save us money in the winter. Cannot recommend Lio and his team enough. You will not regret hiring them.

We used HDC for mold remediation in our basement and attic and we couldn’t be happier. Lio was super responsive and quick to schedule us back in our house for Christmas! Lio and his team did a wonderful job! Not only did they clean and remove the mold, everything was painted and sealed to prevent future growth and all of our personal belongings were also well taken care of and cleaned. Even the technician who came to retest the air quality and for mold mentioned that they did a really good job and even went above and beyond. Overall very happy and got us back in our house promptly

Lio and his assistant came to perform a duct cleaning service after we had been smelling a foul odor that was coming from one of our ducts. He and his assistant did a great job and were both very courteous, honest, and efficient. Lio gave his professional opinion about not having to clean another upstairs unit, which ultimately would have made him more money, yet I respected his honesty immensely. We are very happy with their work and will gladly have them come back again for another cleaning down the road!

Lio and his team were amazing. I felt comfortable the moment they arrived masked with booties on their shoes to enter my home. Lio opened my system and showed me how all the parts were covered in black mold. His two workers spent over 4 hour cleaning each individual vent opening and duct with ‘the octopus’, disinfecting the whole inside cavity of the unit and rotor rootering my dryer vent. They vacuumed every room after they were done and left without a trace. I highly recommend this company. Extremely satisfied and breathing clear.
