I had such a great experience with this parking garage! I called in with an issue and spoke with Hana, and honestly she was amazing. She picked up right away, listened to what was going on, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she really cares. she solved my problem in minutes and took all the stress off my shoulders. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, so I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Hana, for making my day so much easier!
