This morning, I saw Blair in my neighborhood working on other customer's systems. My appointment to winterize was scheduled for almost two weeks from today. Our temperature is dropping below freezing tonight and I asked Blair if he thought my system would be okay for one quick cold snap. He gave me great advice. Much to my surprise, the office called me later in the day and said Blair could squeeze me in TODAY because his other jobs went quicker than expected! Blair came out this morning (early within his allocated timeframe) and winterized my system. Told me exactly what he would be doing and the time frame it would take. Great service! Thank you, Blair!

Fred came out to house and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Received an automated quote a week later after calling twice. We have questions so we called the main number and asked for Fred to call us back 3 times. She said we don’t usually do that and we can run questions through her and she will pass it on. We just want to deal with one person who we described the situation to and knows are system. I understand trying to be efficient but just lost a customer.

We had a service call on moving a sprinkler head and Brett came out and helped with few other heads that needed to be adjusted. He is very knowledgeable and helpfull couldnt have asked for better service. Thanks again Brett you rock man!

I have had multiple leaks from the system this company installed. They shut the system off weeks ago promising to come back to assess it and they have still not shown up. I have called 5X with no return call. I’ve given my business to a new company!!!
