When I asked if they're available to have someone come out and look at my unit, they basically told me im a bottom of the barrel customer. Karen said that new unit instalations and repeat customers come 1st. 2 stars because she said elderly also come 1st. Id understand not having availability but you could say that. Absolutely horrible customer service...

The best customer service we have ever experienced. We put geo thermal in and they were go good at explaining all the settings and how to get all the benefits of the system.

Absolutely amazing service. He helped us diagnose the issue and fix it ourselves rather than charging us a service fee. He also sold us the part that everyone else refused to sale us. To top it off he was already in our area working and dropped the part off to us. I couldn't be more pleased with his kindness and service.

Had always had great service with them. They had always been friendly, helpful. But this time when having furnace problems called them the receptionist tried to get me to diagnosis the problem myself and could never get anyone out here she kept putting us offended calling someone else.
