This is a fine example of a tourist trap. Main negatives: 1) they show a price list per hour at the front, but minimum parking time billed is 8 hours. 2) requires people to have and be proficient with a smartphone with internet access. Elderly people are trapped as they cannot make out how to pay or to get back into the parking. Even opening the pedestrian door requires a smartphone with internet access.

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING TRAP NIGHTMARE!!! I parked here Sunday for a Saints Game. I left before the 4th quarter in order to beat the traffic. First, you are unable to access the parking garage with out downloading some ridiculous app on your phone. The gate is locked unless you download the app that unlocks the gate. There were about 9 people standing outside the entrance gate trying to figure out how to gain access to the parking garage. Finally, one of the guys had the app and opened the gate for all of us. After finally being allowed in the parking garage, I had to take the stairs up to the 7th level because one of the two elevators were broke. Then I got in my car and began to descend down the levels towards the exit. I got to about the 3rd level and the cars were backed up and not

Absolute nightmare if you park for any kind of event. Only one way for the lot to clear one car at a time. After Monster Jam at the Superdome it took over an hour to LEAVE the structure, during which we were charged extra because we went past our 4 hours. We had to split up and I and another adult took all our little kids home in an Uber because of this awfully designed parking lot. Avoid. Avoid.

Bought a 27 dollar online spot in this place. Dont. Just dont, unless you want to sit in you car for over 2hours as they check every car leaving, 2 at a time. Bring something for everyone in your vehicle to pee in too. 2 hours after a saints game and I was floating. Never again. Not this garage. Nope.

The sign say 12 to 24 hour for 19 dollar but I park for 15 hour and charge me 70 dollar
