Very sad... I could give them a 0... owner Roger Mesa came and I a good job cleaning vents and sanitizing with paint some ducts... or at least that what I thought. 4 months later the whole he cut and patched for cleaning poped out open because the patching closing was not well done. I called him and asked me to wait 4 days to come to fix it when I have a 10 months old baby in the house. I would not recommend this contractor, poor cratmanship and but the killer was slow turnaround to fix his mistakes.

The project to clean my air vents was done efficiently and thoroughly. I found it really helpful that the team not only cleaned my vents but they also provided feedback on how to tweak our AC settings to ensure that they were most effective. Most businesses would have come to the house, completed the job, and kept things moving. Although the feedback was only provided just a few days ago I can tell that its made a big difference in cooling our house already. Would recommend Healthier Indoor Air, Inc to anyone looking to have their cooling unit cleaned and will definitely use them moving forward.

These guys showed up on time, had everything they needed and were in and out within 10 minutes. Put the washer and dryer back in the exact same spot. Cleaned up their mess and was all done. Very professional
