Update: I purchased or I actually invested in the rim joist spray foam and I’m so looking forward to it. Even though my home was built in 2004 there are so many air leaks. I have had insulation done 3 times in different parts of my home. The 1st time was done in all the walls of the house. That winter i noticed my gas bill went down from previous years. The 2nd time was my family room ceiling. The 3rd time was Oct. 14. 2025. I had the garage done. It keeps the garage warmer by 20 to 30° I read on line. So far it has stopped the mice from moving in since I had this done. I had a serious issue with mice for 2 years. Thank you for being so thorough and extremely helpful. These guys were great. From start to finish was easy and flawless. Installers came out on a Sunday morning showed up on time. (Both guys were awesome— friendly- clean- went over and beyond expectations) We had our finished garage ceiling done with there blown in insulation crew

We had the old insulation taken out of our attic. They put in new baffles, air sealed it and installed new insulation. Tim, Angel and Jay did a great job. Very polite and professional. Very impressed how well they cleaned up after the project too!! Very happy with the company as a whole. Great communication and woukd recommend them…. The experience with Healthy Homes was positive. The initial assessment with Scott Cook was thorough and included the heat rating. He provided two options for insulation with cost estimates, complete removal of old insulation and all air sealing. Kendra in the office was helpful and friendly in scheduling the work and answering all questions. The crews arrived and completed all work as scheduled. The dumpster with all debris was sealed and removed early on day 2. All information was received in writing.
