Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I booked a mold remediation treatment with him on the recommendation of my realtor, Shari Fox (also a five star businesswoman). When I was in a meeting and missed his call before our appointment, he left me an extremely detailed voicemail and followed up with a text. Then, when I told him I found some more trouble spots he took care of those areas at no extra cost. Mike was recommended to us by our mold inspector, and I’m grateful for the basement remediation work he completed. I didn’t think we had much of a mold problem but, although it wasn’t horrible, there was definitely more mold (and bacteria) than I realized. He tackled our issues in two phases. The first phase was fogging the basement, which we had stuffed with fifteen years of ‘stuff’. By fogging with everything in place there, the mold spores that were on permanent surfaces and movable ‘stuff’ were significantly knocked down. His approach meant that when we moved seasonal (decorations) or other things from the basement up into the house, we would not be introducing mold spores to other locations.
