Mr. Pickering was very nice to work with. He was detailed in his inspections and brought a lot of insight to me. I 100% would recommend this company to friends and family as well as use his services again.

This review was originally written in 2018: I hired Chet after being referred by a friend and decided to hire him after telling him I didn't have a lot of money being a single mom I needed to make sure I didn't buy a house that required a lot of work outside of cosmetic. I only wanted to hire someone that could educate me on findings and that I could trust being I didn't know much because this was my first time buying a house. I also told him I wanted a termite inspection because I heard it can be expensive if you have them. Long story short I have extensive water damage in multiple rooms with black mold as well as active termites...I am mostly upset because I have texted and called Chet to go over why there are so many problems with my home and why he said the house didn't have term

Did an inspection of our new home in November last year, we moved in March 2019. We've had 17k in repairs on water, electric, HVAC, structure etc. since March and he won't return calls or texts. Turns out he's now out of business and won't return any calls to let me know what inspection insurance he had so I can file. Company has been liquidated.
