Healthy Trailer LLC

So we had delivered a load of beef in Oakland CA.. and had to be live loaded in Castroville CA.. when we went to get loaded there was blood in the trailer.. which we had to get the trailer washed out and sanitized.. we looked on line for something close to where we were and couldn't find anything and although it was a little bit out of our way we found a healthy trailer LLC . The experience was great . The customer service was great. They made it very simple process . Offered us snacks well we waited opened the truck doors and explained the process that was going to take place so we knew. After the process was over gave us a certificate to show all that was precleaned and than cleaned and sanitized. When they were finished they closed the trailer doors.. and we were on our way.. I HIGHLY

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Had a pick up in Castorville,CA. And was refused by shipper. Googled nearby trailer washouts near me and found this place. I was pleasantly surprised!!! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted with a friendly young man who instructed me to wash station. I am with a large carrier and am required to use certain partners. But I must say this place has great customer service!!!I was even offered snacks while I waited. Paid $50 for a wash-out and sanitation. Which i feel is reasonable. Keep up the good work gentlemen! They saved the day due to there isn't much else around in that area.

Very disappointed with the response and service provided here. Attached here some pictures after getting trailer washout here. They left some residue, spills of my previous load and dirt particles on the trailer floor. So far I was getting my truck and trailer wash and trailer washouts from Blue Beacon only but I came here first time after reading other fellows good comments and was curious about trailer washout with UV system but left disappointed. They don’t use UV Stytem installed here for washout purpose. They do manual washout with pressure hose. I asked the guy about UV machine and he said it’s out of order since long and we do only washout with pressure washer. He even didn’t permit to check the trailer after washout and told me pull out from there after taking payment. PLEASE B

Very professional nice and courteous. Healthy trailer makes sure there is no debris. They will not let you leave till trailer is spotless
