Had my hot water tank replaced by this company, the scheduling was easy convenient, the pricing was fair and the technician Bryan was very knowledgeable, professional and paid excellent attention to detail. He took the time to do the job correctly and was very throughout! I would definitely recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!

Ethical price points and service technicians. Will use again. $109 service call and $125 per lb of 410A. Don't overpay for coolant from others.

I would definitely recommend Heaney Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace was pushing cold air and of course you never notice your furnace is out until it's cold outside. I called Heaney and they got someone out quickly and resolved the issue. The best part, beside the heat now working, is the technician they sent, Dave, was awesome. Nice guy who knew what he was doing and seemed to sincerely care that we had heat. Thanks Heaney!

Heaney plumbing and heating was phenomenal. I had unexpected leaking pipes in my basement before work. I called many plumbers looking for someone that would be able to fix it. Not only because I needed the leak to stop, but it was also our only bathroom in the house. When I called Heaney, the call taker was very professional, understanding and courteous. She said she would call their techs in the field to see if anyone could squeeze me into their schedule. She called back very promptly to inform me there would be a tech available within an hour and a half to two hours and they would call me when they were on their way. I will not call this company ever again. Their customer service is horrible and it seems like they have major communication issues in their office. I had a plumber come out on a Thursday evening and made an appointment for him to come out Friday for the repair. The plumber said he would call me when he was on his way but when I didn't hear from him I called the office and they were extremely rude and kept talking over me. They said they’d have him call me to let me know what was going on and he never called. Extremely disappointed.
