Hearth & Patio

These guys did a great job repairing my gas fireplace! We were expecting company a few days before Christmas and the fireplace wouldn't light. I called about 6 other repairmen and everyone was booked up. I called Hearth & patio and left a message, not expecting a response. Within about 1/2 hour I got a message back from them requesting more info on the problem, model, etc. I responded & they offered to send a technician out in 2 days, The technician, a very knowledgeable & friendly guy, arrived on that date, on time, and inspected the fireplace. I anticipated needing new parts, but the tech said the parts were old & rusty, but would make it for some time. He spent about an hour disassembling & cleaning the unit and fired it up. Tech came out and in five minutes said we need a new fireplace He would give us estimate. He never did contact us. Half a year later the company sent us a bill for a trip charge. I would advice using other companies.

Good place to go for fireplace. They are very knowledgeable.

I bought a fireplace from Hearth and Patio in 2021. Installed a couple in my own home previously so decided to install this one as well. The instructions I found out later were incorrect but when confused I reached out to the owner and staff and was literally yelled at "were going to have to charge you for any help we give you!" I bought locally instead of online beleiving I would at least get some assistance if needed but instead was treated horribly. I contacted other places in town (KBL Lighting) and they actually offered to have me come in at no charge and answer any questions I have. I was shocked. I also contacted the manufacturer of the fireplace and then learned the instructions and diagrams were incorrect which explained a lot. They provided the help I needed over the phone. The H

I recently moved and purchased patio furniture and a fire pit and grill from Hearth and Patio. Their customer service was more than perfect! I needed some guidance with what would fit and would be practical for my families needs. They helped with all of that and delivery was quick! Their prices were also extremely reasonable as I did check other places. I will be back to Hearth and Patio soon!
