Our experience with Brad at Hearthstone Luxury Pools exceeded our expectations and I would recommend him without hesitation. The end result was beyond what we ever could have imagined. It truly is our family’s personal paradise. It really was a collaborative effort throughout the process and his design skills are second to none. He also connected us with Ryan @ Planet Earth Designs (who I also highly recommend) to complete the landscaping portion of the project. Any issues we encountered along the way, which there inevitably will be with a project of this magnitude, Brad worked directly with us to resolve. My wife and I met with Brad at a home we were considering purchasing to have him provide an estimate of the cost to install a new pool. We did not end up purchasing that home, but the experience we had with Brad leading up, and including that walk-through was fantastic. He was very flexible with scheduling to meet us to do the walk-through, and he took the time to step through possible complications with the install (which I appreciated since we all know those things can happen!), as well as options for a pool. We recently contacted Brad to prepare a design for a jewel box pool. The back yard in our recently purchased home is tiny, and construction access is very limited. Brad was very creative in creating two design options to maximize the use of the space and keep costs in control. He was very clear, professional, and timely in the preparation of the proposals and listened closely to our input. My company has been performing landscape design and installation for Hearthstone for about 10 years. It has been awesome to work with Brad and his team on so many amazing pools. As a designer, Brad has incredible vision, and is not afraid to come up with ambitious designs, then execute them in the field. Some of the pool we have gotten to work on were truly mind-blowing. My company has also worked with multiple other pool contractors over the past decade, and I see them lean towards conservative designs and simple builds, often missing the potential for a truly amazing space. If you want a pool area that is well thought-out that presents beautifully, I would recommend using Hearthstone for your project!

This pool company was one of the only contractors that listened to us in what we wanted. We had several even say they could not put a pool in our small yard, and never any tried. Brad and his company did a fantastic job, put in a 12,000 gal pool, so not a small one. And gave us a beautiful back yard. His subs also did a fantastic job making sure all was picked up and cleaned. This was not an easy pool to put in, but Brad did it and took care of all problems that usually occur with any construction. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to enhance their personal space and hire Brad.
