Amber was amazing! We worked with her for the cabinets and granite countertops in a new cabin we built. She worked within our budget and was attentive to every detail to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I really appreciated her clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process.

Be forewarned - the owner is not right. Had granite installed in our rental cabin the first week of March. Purchased two bath vanities with new granite and new granite for our kitchen. Spent over 4k. Signed off on the deal after install - it looked great. That is, until we hung the bathroom mirror a few days later. My husband had noticed water was pooling in the back left corner of the vanity and when I pointed out the mirror was crooked he checked the vanity with a level, and sure enough it wasn't level. And when the mirror was hung it was VERY obvious, but noticing a vanity has been installed 1/4 inch off isn't until you have a good reference point. I called Heartland the following week and gave them a few dates during which I had a turn. I did not see them on the camera at any point,

The reason this is a two instead of a one is that the final product looks great. The lack of customer service, high cost and unnecessary stress is the reason for the low rating. We thought choosing a local company for replacing all kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our cabin would be great. In actuality it left us with the same high prices, but without any of the professionalism or accountability of a large store. Some of the issues include 1) The kitchen island legs had to be sawed off onsite due to a design error that didn't allow cabinet doors to open. No apology and no refund. 2) We notified Heartland 5 days in advance that our installation would need three more days due to tile delays. Heartland then pushed out our install date by another three weeks. We asked if they could come

My interaction with the owner of this business was so negative and bizarre, that I will be recommending other companies to my 100+ property owners who need work done. The work done itself is was quality and all the employees were helpful, but the owner spoiled any possibility of future business with Heartland.

The showroom staff was very helpful and the installation crew did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our new granite countertops!
