Charles was amazing!! He cleaned my ducts and a giant rug, using excellent care and explaining the whole process. His prices were extremely reasonable considering the job I had for him! He was very professional, courteous, personable and trustworthy (I left for a few hours and had zero issues leaving him in my house alone). I would recommend him to take care of my grandmother! Heartland Carpet is a locally owned, family owned/run small business, which I fully support.

After 3 years of living in our new home, we knew it was time to have the carpets cleaned. Wow! Are we ever grateful to have discovered Heartland! Charles was a true professional from the moment when we made the appointment to confirming the time the day of. He took his time and made sure all three floors were cleaned so well that we felt it was like brand new carpet. WE cannot recommend Heartland any higher than 5 stars, but if we could, we would. Charles is professional, kind, honest, and very attentive. When answering questions I had regarding duct cleaning and how I knew if it was the right time for us to do so in our newer home, he was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I had Charles clean both of my offices and my home. He is very professional and thorough. During office hours, he worked around our staff and didn’t interrupt their work flow. At my home, we have 4 children and I didn’t realize how badly we needed our carpet cleaned. We will be using Heartland again for future cleaning needs!

Charles did a great job cleaning our dryer ductwork. He showed up on time, provided before and after pictures and made sure there was no mess left behind. Can't recommend him strongly enough!
