Ken was so courteous and kind. Absolutely excellent experience on the phone and in person. Quickly helped us find what we wanted and scheduled it the same week. Installers showed up on time. They were strong, kind, professional and personable. They went straight to work and knocked it out fast. They disposed of the old carpet, pad, nails, and swept up the mess. The stairs look great!! A handshake and a Thank you and they were out 😊 I highly recommend Heartland floors for your next flooring project.

The guys at Heartland Floors were great to work with. They treated me like they cared, and they were honest. The price was right on par with everyone else and in a few cases cheaper. The show room isn't anything fancy but get's the job done. They know flooring, and now I feel like I'm better off. The owner even offered to give me some pointers on install. I would say I had a great experience.
