The crew arrived clean, neat and ready to roll and when they were done in the time frame they had given, they left no trace of them even being there, except for the excellent job of the installation of the system! I had HPU install two Fujitsu mini splits. From the quote to the installation, their technicians, electricians and office staff couldn't have been more informative and professional. The units, plumbing and electrical were done exactly the way that I wanted and they completed the work ahead of schedule. I highly recommend HPU.

These guys were great. We were really stressed with a no heat situation on Christmas that went on for 4 days. The normal repair tech said it would take another 7 days to get the one small sensor shipped here to fix. That would have been almost two weeks with kids and no heat. I started calling other companies and came across this company and spoke to Dawn. She didn’t have the part and I thought the convo was done. I was calling all over trying to find this one piece, then Dawn called me back and said she found the part for me. That in itself was amazing. She then got a tech out the same day and fixed it too. I really appreciate her going the extra mile finding the part that no one else could, but also following up with me, getting a tech out same-day, and the great communication o
