Heath Flooring installed a shower bench in our master bathroom walk-in shower. Leo was easy to work with and a did a perfect job. I asked for a slight change when he arrived and he contacted his boss making the change very easy. It looks as if it was installed to begin with. We were so pleased that Heath Flooring was still able to get some of the original wavy board like had been used on the shower walls. They were in continual contact with us every step of the way and provided a comprehensive quote prior to our agreement.

Heath flooring did a terrible job on our wood floors. The wood replacement was not laced in properly and large mistakes were covered with glue that is now failing less than a year later. Heath flooring had a disagreement around payment with our contractor, and rather than talk to us, they put a lien on our house. I have reached out to the owner and they refuse to talk to me. I have reached out to their attorney and they have also refused to talk to me. Heath flooring does not stand by the work they did at our house and they won't discuss the situation. That's not how business should be done. I would advise anyone to use a different flooring company.

UPDATE- The owner contacted me and wanted to apologized and had agreed to make the situation right! The showers are now fixed and look beautiful. They did 2 new shower installs for us on our new build. The design was pretty how I envisioned. The problem was the tile was pretty uneven which made the grout work not look so great which I can look past even though it was very expensive. The main problem we have is how they left the outside of the shower finished. It was horrible they came back to fix some of the grout work, but still did not fix the exterior part of the shower saying they didn’t know what to do about it. I contacted them a second time and the owner came out to look and suggested we put trim up. he was very nice, but they should have known what they needed or told us before ha
