What a jerk. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I stepped away for just five minutes and returned to find him going through my file drawer without permission. When I asked what he was doing, he casually said he was “looking for the HVAC plan” to locate the electrical panels. Totally unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for privacy.

Thank you so much to Dennis . Our heat was out all weekend of the rainiest coldest days in SoCal . Storm after storm is beating down all around and we were without central heat . He was able to meet me same day and even fix up a part my hvac needed on site . Forever will use obe and sons for our hvac needs .

Had a wonderful experience with Heating & Air Conditioning. They were on time, reasonably priced, and very thorough. Technician was respectful and did a great job explaining everything. Would hire again without hesitation.

ADDENDUM: Despite several more house calls, the circuit board failed repeatedly after it was out of warranty (should be a lemon law for furnaces). Anyway, called Dennis to give us an estimate to just REPLACE the unit with a more appropriate size for our space. He gave a super reasonable price, and accommodated our schedule as part timers up here. We are very happy to have this resolved! Dennis is great! Original post: We desperately needed our forced air heater in our mountain home repaired. I was fortunate that someone recommended OBE. Dennis was able to stop by at the end of a day. He spent quite a while diagnosing the issue and determined a new circuit board was needed. He had the part within a few days and again came at the end of the workday. He popped it in and TADA! We had heat! He

Do NOT recommend!! Absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. I had to call Dennis every week for 4 weeks to get my furnace repaired. He came out multiple times and did not give any updates as to what was going on. When it was finally fixed he never let us know. I had to call another week later for him to say, "oh sorry, yes it's fixed now". Do NOT recommend.
