Crew came out on a Monday to inspect a broken unit located in my ceiling of my closet. The technician told me in order to complete the repair, we'd need to remove all of the shelving (and our clothes) and have them come back. We did that, and had JT&T come back on Friday. When they came back, before even looking at the unit, the tone had changed entirely and now, instead of being able to complete a relatively painless (and ostensibly less expensive) repair in-place, they needed all the ceiling panel system removed so that they could bring the unit out of the ceiling. So, two service calls, and no resolution after we wasted hours moving our clothes and the shelves out of our closet. I could live with the incompetence if it hadn't cost me hours of my life. Do not use.
