Excellent customer service. I used them because American shield home warranty assignee them to me, but I am happy they did. Georgia was always in communication with me on when the tech would arrive and was always friendly and caring. My particular issue was hard to diagnose (I’m fairly good with diagnosing), but they came in and was able figure out what was going on. I’m back up and running and plan to use them for my yearly service contracts going forward for all my units.

Business was contacted through AHS warranty. Technician showed up, according to the time frame given. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. Explained everything he was going through the checks and tests. About an hour later, the outside unit has new parts and the house is cooling as it should. Only cost to me, was the service fee through my warranty company.

Burleson was assigned to us through American Home Shield after the first company could not make the repair for 2 weeks. Not only did they schedule our repair much sooner, they moved us up when they had a cancellation. Lisa in the office is as sweet and professional as she can be while Mike the technician was so professional. He explained everything that he was doing. He went looking for the small repairs first and went the extra mile to check out the whole system even after finding out it was a just a plugged drain. Could not be happier with this company. So often you can feel taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs. I will not use anyone else for our AC services.

This is my first experience with this company through American home shield. My husband and I suffered terribly with the heat with a broken air conditioner over the Labor Day holiday. I called American home shield and was scheduled for Wednesday between 2 PM and 6 PM. Burlinson‘s office called And stated they had a cancellation and were able to come out on Tuesday at 4:30. They were so professional so kind and so wonderful that I would not hesitate to have them repair my air conditioner in the future thank you to both office staff and Mr. Mike.

After reading horrible reviews on this company, I was already angry that my warranty company sent another low rated contractor and was contemplating the problems before they happened. I can not tell you how pleasantly surprised that I was! My whole experience with them was great. Lisa, who set the appointment was very nice and super pleasant to talk to. After setting an appointment for our A/C which had stopped working, which sucks when you're in Florida, Lisa called me the day before the appointment as a reminder and again was very sweet and easy to talk to.
