If you are in the upstate this is by FAR the best HVAC company i have worked with. Today we had Stephen out and he was able to replace my breaker, and get my heat up and running before the winter storm this weekend. Carol in the office is an absolute joy to speak with and you can tell they put people first! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Carol did a great job scheduling, informing and organizing everything. The techs, Ashley, Greg and Greg's #1, did a great job informing, installing and completing my split hvac unit in a timely, professional fashion. I also went with them because they were the first to contact me and say they would install a pre-purchased unit.

I cannot speak highly enough about Heating & Air Paramedics of Greenville: quality, service, and all delivered with kindness despite the circumstances. The night before "the big storm of 2026," they were good enough to come - after dark - to check out my heat pump that suddenly stopped working. They were efficient, professional, caring and kind. From Carol in the office to the technicians who do the work, they are a class act! I am grateful for their work in Greenville.

This company is amazing. They are now my heating and air conditioning people from here on out. They are the only peoole who came out in the middle of a storm imcluding the company i have a maintenance contract with. Stephen worked in freezing rain to trouble shoot everything he could think of and then got it running. Fingers crossed it will stay running until they can get the new part. Amazing company all the way from Carol who took the call to Stephen who was so helpful. God bless them

Brady and Ben did an excellent job installing our new mini split system. Kind, courteous, clean, and extremely knowledgeable. Install was also tidy and nicely done. Highly recommend this company. Responsive, quick service and great products and employees.
