I contacted this company concerning a possible leak in a residential air conditioning system. When I originally spoke with the representative, I expressed what I needed and inquired about the technician having the right equipment to troubleshoot. When the technician arrived, he was not prepared. Did not have any equipment to check for leaks. He asked if he could borrow a bottle of glass cleaner to troubleshoot the leak. During the troubleshooting process, he opened the system, while it was still pressurized and almost lost a part. His focus was not to find the leak. It was to add refrigerant.
