They were professional, on time and quick. They explained inner working of the AC what was wrong and what my options were. We not pressured into taking one path or another. Tony was easy to talk to and seemed like a really good guy. I would use them again, and recommend them to my friends

OMG thank you Kool Breeze. Thank for saving our party. We had another company come out and and they said we needed a new unit. My dad recommended Kool Breeze so we decided to get a second opinion. Talked to Mannie at the office and she had one of the technicians come right out. Come to find we just needed a start kit and the coils cleaned. After about an hour our unit was running and cooling. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ZERO STARS TO BE HONEST!! The service that I received was rushed and the service person (David) and manager (Tony) we’re very impolite. They avoid doing a thorough and complete job so that you call them again to increase service costs without making an appropriate diagnosis of the problem and repair after repair occurs. The guy David was dismissive of my concerns and was sucking on a lollipop in my face (just rude). I wouldn’t care as much if they successfully completed the job. They were so rude to me, if I had not paid for the service, I would never call them again. I called twice before I got a response to correct something that I previously called about. The guy Tony finally shows up to my house with an aggressive demeanor, and tells me he’s “doing me a favo

My 75 year old mother needed a diagnostic for her AC that has been frozen for a week. The service-men came and when she asked him about wearing a mask inside her home, one tech became irate, stated that she wasn't wearing a mask, he has been working for two months without a mask and no, he had not been tested. My mother explained that they were in HER home and she would wear a mask to protect them from her, and they needed to wear a mask to protect her from them. The serviceman became more irate and combative, took two screws out of the indoor A/C unit, re-screwed them, then stormed out. Completely unprofessional.

Sooo thankful for this place! I had just come home from vacation to find out that my ac had been out for a couple days prior to my return. It was so hot and I felt like I wouldn’t have my ac fixed for at least a couple days. Luckily I had a friend refer me to Kool Breeze and they fit me in the schedule that SAME DAY. Thank you Tony and Tré!
