Seems like a fake company. Called for emergency services, said someone would be out that evening. No one showed up. When I called an hour after appointment, the guy I spoke with said the tech that was supposed to come out had a family emergency and was not going to make it. I asked for a refund back of my $100 service deposit. He put me on hold for 45min until I eventually hung up. When I tried to call back, the phone just rang and rang. Called the next morning and spoke to another person asking for my refund and she said they didn't show any record of a charge. It clearly shows on my back account the charge. Ended up disputing the charge with me bank.

My experience with Roy Heating And Cooling was beyond wonderful! Their office staff were very conversant and responsive to all of my questions. Gilbert and Aaron did a significant job in all aspects. They were very experienced, personable and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

I was introduced to Harry through a mutual acquaintance in the HVAC field and we spoke briefly on the phone while I was out on a job site. He was able to show up early and handle my furnace problem without me even being home, we even handled the bill over the phone. Professional HVAC Tech's of this caliber are hard to find, he's now in my speed dial in case anybody I know needs his services. Thanks again Harry!

Roy Heating And Cooling two technicians that came out to my house. They answered all of my questions and then when I showed up near the end they went through everything with me again and showed me everything that they did. They were not in a hurry and took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions which I had a lot of. Well worth the expense, which was a value comparatively. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called to get an estimate for an A/C issue. Was told it would cost $250 just to have them come to our house and that would be not be applied toward any work that needed to be done. When I said I would need to think about it…they hung up on me. Pretty rude attitude.
