WARNING: This is basically NOT a local company. While it is physically a local company, but they fall under "the umbrella" of a company based out of Chicago called Premium Home Service. This causes issues with responsiveness. They basically can't do anything without checking in with their parent company. I called Hardy Heating & Cooling because they were physically in the area where I I live and I'd rather work with local companies. I did not know about their partnership with Premium Home Service when I called. If I had, I would have picked another company. I am happy with the install of a new furnace, the technician went above and beyond. BUT, I cannot recommend anyone use this company "Hardy Heating & Cooling".
