I was sick of the large HVAC contractors charging exorbitant fees just for a house call and then trying to upsell a new system when mine is only a few years old. I called Ross Air and they responded immediately and showed up same day. Fixed my problem quickly and explained what they did. Total cost was very reasonable. I've been using Rossair since 2003. In 2003, Robbie and his crew installed a new HVAC system and replaced my return ducts, for a very reasonable price. Over the next 7 years, while the unit was under a bumper to bumper warranty, Rossair was always prompt to come out and make any warranty repairs that were needed, never charging me a dime. In the years since, I've had Robbie come out for service calls, and he is always prompt, reasonably priced, and never tries to sell you a repair or service you don't need. When it comes time for a new unit, I'll be calling Rossair again.

My air conditioner stopped working two days before I was scheduled to have major surgery. We couldn't get our normal guy to answer the phone and none of the big companies were able to come by right away. My wife found Ross air on her next door app and they had really good reviews from some people in my neighborhood. Those people were right! I spoke to the owner directly when I called and he sent a technician out in less than an hour. Nick was awesome from start to finish! Presentable, polite, easy to talk to, Etc. Fixed the problem without trying to rip me off, even showed me all of the parts that had gone bad so that I understood. I had Rob and his crew install a gas line for my dryer and vent the dryer to the outside. I had gotten a few quotes for the job and Rob came in at a very reasonable price that was affordable. Rob showed up on time with his crew. They were all very professional and polite which is a rare find among contractors today. They completed their work in a timely fashion and even hooked up my appliance which they didn't have to but they did anyway. Rob took the time to explain what he did and made sure I knew how to operate the valves properly before he left.
