The best. I contacted Sam about installing a split unit in my house. My house doesn’t have normal size windows except my bedroom so I couldn’t install window units and my living room and kitchen would be in the 90s. By the time I got home from work the day it was installed it was a cool 71 in my living room. Best decision I’ve ever made

Sam, one of the owners of Aced Heating & Cooling, diagnosed the issue with my system and did everything in his power not to sell me a new unit unnecessarily. Many other companies would have jumped at the opportunity to do so. My unit was old and I knew it was on the way out. Sam tried minor fixes at very little cost before we both realized that it was time for a new unit. Sam and his team arrived promptly at my house and installed the entire unit in about an hour. Amazing! The price was extremely fair and his knowledge & professionalism are unmatched. The best part about dealing with Sam was that he is a genuinely good person. I wish all experiences with service providers were this exceptional and I will definitely be recommending Aced to family and friends. Thanks Aced!

Sam responded quickly and was very honest. He found a leak in my system and repaired it efficiently. I would definitely choose him again for any future needs! Highly recommend him! Update: I had another HVAC issue and Sam’s brother Ibrahim came out this time. I texted in advance to ask about any service fee costs and he never responded. His “diagnosis” was very rushed and without any good explanations. He was rude and I felt rushed. He then wanted a $125 service fee even though he never mentioned it previously. He said he is here to do “business and not to be friendly.” Sam was great but his brother just lost my trust in this business.
