They installed our ac unit and have been amazing support even 5 years post install! Hands down an amazing company to do business with. We had an issue yesterday and they were quick to respond and go way above and beyond.
I work for an HVAC company on the other side of the state. I have a close friend who lives near Heinanen Engineering and was looking for a company to service her heating needs. I told her I would do the research for her to find a reputable company since I have been in the industry for a while. I spoke with Laurie this morning...she is not only very educated in HVAC, but extremely polite and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone in the Livonia area give Heinanen Engineering a call.
Have been with this company for a few years. Jeff and all staff are responsive to concerns. Very customer service approach. Would recommend highly.
