The poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. I guess that’s why they don’t call it JP HEATING AND COOLING! Makes sense why the name is heating and cooling on google. I called Joe last week (Friday)and told him my heater/furnace wasn’t working, he helped me out with a control panel in February and we thought it was fixed and it’s doing same thing. So I called him and his first response was buy a new furnace! I was like what I can’t afford that can we try to fix it first? Then he said his guy is off and hasn’t called him back I said ok give me a call. And then we texted later on no response. Well fast forward to today on my way to work I call him and text him that it isn’t working still and it’s starting to get cold for wife and girls. No response no call back? So this afternoon I p

Long over due review! I cannot day enough about this company, I have had to call Jim on multiple occasions, the first being 4 years ago in the dead of winter when our furnace stopped working. We could not get anyone to come out in a timely manner, Jim agreed to come out that day understanding with a newborn we couldn’t be without heat! Just recently we purchased a new home and quickly realized we were going to need central air. They made sure to educate us on all of our options and at no point tried to sell us on anything we didn’t need. They got our install done quickly and never batted an eye at my 4 year old being up in their business. An honest and trustworthy family ran business, is hard to find these days. However that’s what you’ll get with this company.
