I recently made an appointment for my annual cleaning for my system, I explained that my heater keep tripping when I adjust the heat below 73. The tech came l told him what I knew about my heater when this problem happens he immediately tells me its something else. The cost for cleaning would have been 200.00 or 250.00 but when he comes back and tells me it was going to cost me over 600.00 (the prices given are all rounded), 2 days later the same thing happened again to my heater and it was the weekend so on Monday I called and they gave me appointment for that Wednesday they came out again and the very thing I told them they replaced, and proceeded to charge me an additional 250.00. I told them I didn't have that kind of money for something that should have been repaired in the beginning

Had the best timing with HS today. Was scheduled for next Monday, they had a cancellation. I got my furnace cleaned, Homero prevented a future problem, so very pleased. Great service, employees and company.
