They have been servicing my heat pump for a few years now. They’ve even helped me out with installing venting for my gas range and a water leak. Their work is first rate. I appreciate the integrity with which they conduct business. I have never felt like I was overcharged.

I have had Tyler out over the past few years for several things from service, to repairs, to new installations. He actually put a mini split into our new farm store here at Flip Flop Farm and was able to get it done in time for our Grand Opening during the Oconee County Farm Crawl this weekend!! They have always been fair, honest, timely and have done what they said they were going to do. It's often hard to find a company you can trust that operates with old time values like this. Our new store is currently like an igloo and I couldn't be happier! He's a great guy and I love our chats when he's out!

We needed a water heater replaced on a holiday weekend. Fort Hill natural gas Authority technician contacted Heavenly Aire For me. Even though it was Christmas weekend, I received prompt, positive, professional assistance from Brad scheduling the job. Promptly earlyMonday morning, Josh and Timothy arrived With all necessary equipment to install the new appliance. They were joined by Brad soon afterwards. They did a very precise job, double checking their work, and in fact, went above and beyond, leaving the worksite even better and more efficient than they found it. They were all professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and focused. I’m very pleased with the job done on this water heater replacement. My gas logs would not fire up. So I called heavenly Aire on Tuesday . They scheduled me for Friday . I got a call from Jakub at 3:00 on Wednesday and he said he was just around the corner, and asked if I was home and would it be okay if he came on over . He was there in two minutes , fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Jakub has been at my house before and is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and personable .
