We had Rich do our carpets for years. Today we found out he retired and they sent Jamal. He was wonderful. Our carpets looked amazing. While we were sad Rich was gone, we wish him well and thank him for training his successor so well. Highly recommend this company.

I'm a local Realtor and I've been using Rich at Heaven's Best for about 15 years. I've seen the work of other companies and used my own machine at times, and never been satisfied. Rich brings the carpet back to life and doesn't leave it so wet like the other places or the machines you can rent will do. I like how Rich will come check at my request to make sure the carpet I need done is "savable." He'll be honest and say that it's better to replace sometimes. I like this about him. Rich is a guy you can trust.
