I had an outstanding experience with Tom of Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning back in May 2024. He helped me get my 11’x13’ shag rug dry after I took on the task of cleaning it myself. Tom was responsive, timely, communicative, respectful, straightforward, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and proactive with helping me. I felt comfortable with Tom, and he put me at ease with my situation. The delight of finding someone with these qualities and more in a service industry was refreshing. I was recommended to this awesome company in the owner time by one of the most influential real estate agents in the Atlanta marketplace. We had a typical tenant move out with nothing too extreme but yet the house is a little dated and the carpets in all honesty probably needed to be replaced, but to my surprise, the outcome of how the cleaning turned out makes me feel like these carpets could last an additional five years.
