John and his company came out and discussed with my husband and I the services we would like for him to provide on 4/6/25. We discussed cutting back limbs from over our home in the back and on the side of our home as well as to completely cut down a tree in the front. He would also create 3 or 4 piles to be burned safely. John stated that he would cut down 1/3 of the limbs in the back. For future customers I would just recommend that you make sure his 1/3 lines up with what you are saying you want done and i would write it on the contract to. While he did a great job with the tree on the side and with the tree in the front yard. John did not cut the limbs from over or home as we wanted in the back. (after the fact he stated that he could not because of laws which he never mentioned before

I just had a wow moment with Mr Heavenly Tree Service. I feel compelled to follow up. Turns out that my daughter posted a two star review. She saw what happened while his crew was working and how he responded when I tried to address what happened. He was doing work for a neighbor during the hurricane clean up. He just showed up at my house to address the complaint. I am gobsmacked by this guy. Told me he got my name and address from the post. I couldn’t find it in there. He did ask, what could he do to make it right. Meanwhile, he is still blaming his crew. It wasn’t him. Wow, who is responsible for the crew? Total obfuscation. It is too little too late. What he could have done was taken ownership, not lead with denial and deflection. I agree with her review. Pete Willis

We had a terrible experience with John Deane and Heaven's Tree Service Inc. He quoted $1000 to cut the tree in the size required by the ordinance to be picked up by GFL as we could not afford the $1800 requested to be hauled away. He accepted, the day after he left all big pieces of tree weighing much more than 40 pounds that is the max weight required by GFL to be picked up without cost. He said he could not cut it in such small pieces??!! The estimate was made in person by him, not over the phone, he could see the size of the fallen tree.. Once we've paid the $1000 he requested an additional payment of $800 to dispose it. Shame on him! Dishonest! stay away if you don't want to be ripped off. he should not be in business. Do not recommend. They weren't even working on our yard and knocked over our trash cans (didn't tidy without insisting) and broke our mailbox (which we had to fix). No regard for personal property

Came and did a ton of work for me! Very professional and happy with the service thanks!
