I thought I ran out of oil but the furnace was not working He fixed it so I can have heat and a/c. What a great company and I so appreciate all you did. Thank you

I've used Hebert Fuel for 2 years now. I place my order, delivery shows up in a reasonable time frame, the delivery person is careful with my landscaping, I pay a fair price. No complaints.

I recently had an expensive service call for a clogged burner and oil lines after burning about a half tank of oil I got recently from Hebert Fuel Oil Co. Jim Trombly's technician told me all about how the small independent dealers buy the bottom of the tanks out of Portsmouth on the cheap and the oil is full of sludge. So I complained to Hebert and he turned around and called Trombly and told them to call me and set me straight that it was all my fault because I have an old tank and the condensation and rust in my tank caused the sludge. I have an indoor tank that is in great condition and annually serviced with a new filter just a couple months ago, so all these stories about tank condensation, blah, blah, blah is a bunch of CYA to cover their liability for selling dirty oil.
