I called many places around the Charlotte area to help with our move, and they were by far the nicest and most professional. So many other movers were rude during the scheduling process, as if the move we needed was an inconvenience to them. The price was fair for the quality of service they provided, and I truly believe in supporting a real family business. Hector’s sons, Emiliano and Eric, moved all of my partner’s mom’s belongings flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks to the services they provided.

I had planned to give a 5 star review, but I noticed my bed did not feel as sturdy as it had before the move. I removed the mattress and found that Lucas and his associate did a very poor job re-assembling my bed, including leaving several boards and nails just completely not screwed in, and bolts that I could still easily tighten with my fingers. In addition, there were two support legs that weren’t attached at all, and instead just /taped on/, as shown in the attached picture. A mistake is one thing and of course no big deal, but this was a case of willfully trying to hide a poor job. I don’t know if they didn’t have the correct tools for the job (I would have gladly provided), or if it was just carelessness, but that left me disappointed and curious as to what other corners were cut in

Hector & Sons did a great job with our in-town move. I moved from an apartment on the third floor to a two story townhome and they did wonderful, especially managing with all of the stairs. They were on time, quick, efficient, friendly, helpful, and handled all of our things with care. They paid attention to details and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with where/how everything was placed before leaving. A friend recommended them to me, and now I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy mover!

They are amazing and extremely professional! I called them the day before I needed to move and they were able to work me in their schedule and help me. They are really quick and efficient! Amazing communication also. I was recommended by a friend to use them because they are the best priced in town! If you’re moving go with Hector and sons moving! I will be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends and family!
