Heersink drilling and pumps

Krista and Scott were wonderful and did a great job with our new well project, I truly cannot recommend them enough! If you talk to anyone in the SLV you’ll come to learn that Heersink is the well pump/drilling company everyone recommends, and for good reason as they rightfully deserve that recognition. Because they’re so highly sought after it did take some time before they were able to actually start our project (we first contacted them for this project in August and the project itself wasn’t completed until December) - this is nothing against them by any means, I would gladly wait for them if I had to do it all over again and it may have also just been due to a variety of circumstances during our particular project timing that isn’t usually the case for them, but I wanted to note that

Don’t waste your time with Heersink Drilling. They’re completely unprofessional. They will continuously push you back on their schedule. They were in my neighborhood and had me one their schedule but left the area completely blowing me off. They don’t call to apologize and explain the delays. It’s completely on us to call and email them just told be contacted days later being told, “it’ll be another month or so”. Krista is nice over the phone but lies. The husband is rude and will completely ignore you. They’re completely unprofessional. They could have been honest upfront. Don’t waste your time, call someone else.

Great experience. Needed to be OK to work with their moving calendar. 260 ft textbook A class well drilled in 24 hours. Added hydrant and spicket, the entire process was excellent. Great communications with everyone, they know their Earth. Grateful. Water is Life here in Northern New Mexico.
