Hefner Pools

The installed our pool liner 2 years ago and now it is peeling up and leaking. The pool has been leaking consistently for weeks and instead of identifying the issue, they come by unannounced and fill up the pool multiple times a week. They said they will charge us per hour to “patch it” when it should be under warranty. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone here. When you do talk to them, they have no idea what is going on with your account or property. The technicians go to the wrong property often and no show for their visits. They never call you to update you on their arrival or what they did during the visit. The lack of communication is ridiculous. We love our pool! Hefner pools did such a great job with the design and construction of our pool. We wanted something a little bit different from the norm and they were happy and excited to figure out how we could achieve it. We are so thankful for the result! 10/10, great company, great with communication the whole time. Highly recommend!

Great, locally owned company. They delivered and installed our Leisure pool. We go there for our chemicals and the free water testing. Great group of guys, Brad, Mike and Rob will get you taken care of.

Pros: Very friendly customer service. Quick response to my questions. Pool is beautiful. Pricing was very transparent and accurate. 8 months from contract signing to completion! Cons: 16 weeks from dig date to completion on fiberglass pool. Poor quality of communication and insufficient attention to detail. Workers were unpredictable and no set schedule was provided or followed which made it difficult to schedule landscaping and fence contractors. Forgot to attach pipe for gas heater or add safety rail, until we followed up. Built retaining wall closer to property line than originally agreed upon. Took over a month to repair neighbors broken mailbox. Coping has already cracked in multiple places in first few months, when team came out to repair they left debris in the pool.

We could not be more pleased with our pool project. Hefner transformed out backyard into an oasis. They can make your vision come to life. If you have no idea what you want or how to get started they can do it all. Hefner Pools has experience and integrity.
