First and foremost, if you’re nice to the girl behind the desk that’s loading you, I can assure you she’ll be nice back. Every time I go in there I say good morning and make a little joke and she’s always been pleasant. They deal with drivers, some of you don’t deserve pleasant service. It is a loading facility, you’re a truck driver, sometimes it Takes a while to get loaded, other times you’re in and out. There will always be people who complain about something, I on the other hand enjoy going here over most places I usually go to. This is hands-down, one of the better Heidelberg facilities to load out of.

If you are picking up a load of slag can be busy before 8am .. it is dusty but has a view of Philadelphia

Hit or miss whether you’ll be there for 35 minutes or 3 hours. If they’re loading a barge, they will only have 1 truck lane open

Very dirty and dust trucks all the time. Can't believe they get away with this next to the water in Port area. They don't fix things when they Break it has went down hill in the 12 years I've been driving out of there. Heidelberg clean up your act. Driver's are having to breathe this dust which is cancer causing dust that it talkes about on back of your bill of lading in disclosure section.

If I can give half start, I will because workers at the office printing paper work they are so rude, extremely rude especially the girl , and the big boss know about this situation, I hope they do something about it because workers here make a really good money to work miserable and they make a HUGE MESS in silo 2 you have to wash your truck after get loaded in that joke place
