$700 to fix a dripping shower!! Technician came and told me the shower needed a new cartridge but he didn’t have the right one, so he would come back the next day. The next day a different technician came and had the whole show faucet Assembly. I asked him if the shower needed a new cartridge why he was installing the whole assembly. He told me that’s how it comes. I later found out you can buy only the cartridge. I asked for an itemized bill, that I never received. Paid $250-$300 for parts I didn’t need.

Woke up to no heat on Sunday morning. We thought we would call and leave a message, hoping someone would call us back within 24 hours, however the phone was answered, and Mitch was at our house that same morning. He was able to get the furnace going after multiple tries, but we knew we were due for a new boiler. He spent time explaining options to us and was able to get in the next day with his crew. They were there over 12 hours, and did not leave until late in the evening after making sure that the new system was up and running perfectly and that all radiators had heat, no leakage, and all new thermostats working. Additionally, they left the area meticulous. My husband is not an easy person to please, and after they left, he told me that for now on, Heights would be our first call
