Had a great experience with this company so I am writing this review to make sure they get the rep that is deserved. We called a ton of tree service companies in Crestline and unfortunately they could not help us diagnose our tree and tell us why it was dying. Heights has a certified arborist running things and was super knowledgeable from the start educating us on why things where happening and how we could prevent issues with our other trees. Although scheduling was a little tough because these folks obviously have a ton of business to perform, they were super responsive and that put me at ease. Overall very satisfied with the tree removal and pesticide work that was performed and will be calling back when the next tree related need arises. Thank you Heights Tree Services!!

My husband and I had a huge ponderosa tree that we were concerned about because it had a hole in it about 50 feet up and damage from a previous lightening strike. Luis and Alex came by to assess it and told us there was definite signs of rot despite the fact that the tree looked perfectly healthy on the outside. We decided to have them remove the tree for our safety and the safety of our neighbors. Turns out the lightning strike had created a hole near the top that was allowing water to get inside the tree and rot away and it was hollow in many parts. It was definitely a dangerous tree and probably would not have made it through another big storm. Alex and his crew did a great job taking down a ~70 ft dead pine tree in our backyard. They were done in just a few hours. And Luis came by the next day and gave us valuable advice about maintaining the rest of our native trees. I am planning to use them again in the near future
